Terms and Conditions for Using the Rizben Service

By registering, using, or creating a short link in Rizben, you agree to fully comply with these terms. If you do not accept any of the provisions, you do not have the right to use the services.
Content and Link Destination Responsibility
* The user bears full responsibility for selecting, inserting, publishing, naming links, and for any link and its destination content.
* Rizben merely provides a technical internet address shortening tool and assumes no responsibility for the content of destination pages, the accuracy, legality, ethicality, or consequences of using the created links.
* The user undertakes to ensure that the links they shorten lead to legal and permitted content.
Prohibited Content (Unauthorized Links)
Creating links to any of the following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, deletion of all user links, non-payment of deposited funds, and legal action when necessary:
Adult Content and +18: Any site, page, or file containing pornographic content, explicit sexual material, unethical images or videos, adult dating sites, webcams, and similar content.
Betting, Gambling, and Betting Services: Any type of sports betting platform, online casino, poker, lottery, prediction sites, crypto-gambling, and any activity that constitutes gambling.
Animal Cruelty: Any content or site that promotes, displays, or teaches violence, torture, abuse, killing, or mistreatment of animals.
Religious and Political Content: Links to pages that include:
* Insults to the sacredness of the official religions of the country.
* Promotion of religious or sectarian violence.
* Advertising or support for illegal political or security groups.
* Provocative content against national security, national unity, or the official values of the country.
Other Prohibited Items (Non-Exhaustive):
* Content related to drugs, human trafficking, illegal weapons.
* Phishing, fraud, hacking, selling personal information or theft.
* Malware, viruses, ransomware.
* Content illegal under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
* Spam links, bulk and automated (bot-like) links.
* Pages that intentionally mislead visitors (severe clickbait, impersonation).
Actions in Case of Identifying Unauthorized Content
* We monitor links and destinations both manually and automatically.
* In case of identifying any unauthorized link(s):
* The link(s) will be immediately deactivated.
* The user account will be suspended without prior notice.
* All pending and future user earnings will be confiscated and will not be paid.
* In severe cases (e.g., organized gambling or criminal content), account information will be referred to the relevant authorities.
User Obligations
* The user guarantees that the service will be used for legal purposes.
* The user is prohibited from using the service for sending spam, DDoS attacks, phishing, or any malicious activity.
* Creating a very large number of links in a short period (flooding) will lead to account limitations or suspension.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of them.
Disclaimer
* We make no guarantee regarding the permanent availability of the service, the accuracy of visit statistics, or timely payment of revenue (in case of technical/legal issues).
* Our maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of unpaid revenue for that user in the past 30 days.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the use of the service shall be subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the competent courts shall be the forum for resolution.
By creating your first short link or logging into your account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

An anonymized string created from your email address (called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
Suggested text: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
Suggested text: If you leave a comment on our site, you may choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up cookies to save your login information and your screen display preferences. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after one day.
Embedded content from other websites
Suggested text: Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
Suggested text: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
Suggested text: If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

WordPress plugin
Since internet access in the country comes with certain restrictions, and because all our plugins are custom-built and fully localized in Persian (rather than being generic off-the-shelf plugins), it’s essential that you back up your site before installing or updating any plugin. Please keep in mind that the plugin developers cannot be held responsible for any issues that might arise.
Important: Always take a full backup of your site before installing any plugin, and only proceed with the installation after that.
If you need us to install or customize a plugin for you, please make sure to back up your site first. Then, create a user account on your site with the username rizben, and send us the login details via a support ticket before submitting your request.
